Edward Russo
Edward Russo is an environmental expert, author, entrepreneur, and a member of several voluntary and government boards. He served as CEO of WaterGen USA, President of the Florida Keys Environmental Coalition, Member of the Board of Directors of Reef Relief, Member of the Monroe County Climate Change Advisory Board, Member of the Board of Directors of the College of the Florida Keys Foundation, and Member of the Planning Board of the City of Key West. He is a member of the Board of Pilot Commissioners, the State of Florida.
Ed began his career crusading against toxic polluting landfills in New Jersey and overseeing the projects included under the Federal Superfund Program. Ed is an expert in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of industrial water reuse, reclamation, and recycling equipment and facilities.
Ed has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize along with Yehuda Kaploun for their work with atmospheric water technology, that creates clean, healthy drinking water from the air.
